1. Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Electric Motor Wholesale, Inc. retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order canceled. Electric Motor Wholesale, Inc. thus encourages customers to be certain of their purchase for accuracy and need and use caution when placing an order. Once an order is placed the order cannot be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Electric Motor Wholesale Inc. expressly consents.
a. Requests
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Electric Motor Wholesale, Inc. Please call +1-302-653-1844 (Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, EST) or email return request with order number cited and reason for return request to returns@electricmotorwholesale.com.
b. Returns
Any missing or damaged shipment Claims must be submitted to shipment camer for resolution. Once you nave initiated your Claim with the carrier, you can contact Electric Motor Wholesale Inc with claim number to further resolve the order fulfillment.
- Generally, Electric Motor Wholesale, Inc. will consider returns within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping, handling and tax charges are not refundable.
- At the sole discretion of Electric Motor Wholesale, Inc., a standard twenty percent (20%) restocking fee applies on items returned.
- Due to their product nature, Electric Motor Wholesale, Inc. cannot accept returns on SymCom products and repair parts.
- If power was applied or anything was installed on the shaft of an electric motor, it is no longer qualified for a return.
