Return Policy
General Returns Policy
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. In most cases you may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Electric Motor Wholesale.com within 30 days of delivery. We have a restocking fee of up to 35% depending on the product purchased. We do not pay the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Damage to items during shipping in result of poor repackaging will result in the cancellation of refund or a repackaging fee (determined by case to case basis). Items that include Tachometers, Encoders and special clearance products are neither returnable nor refundable.
Product-Specific Returns Policies
Electrical items such as Motors, Variable Frequency Drives, Motor Starters and Soft Starters are subject to inspection and testing before refunds will be credited. In the case of a faulty device, please provide a copy of the installer’s electrician’s license.
Refunds:
Once the product has been accepted as new and unopened, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
